Little Girl In White

Lydia has been asking for months to try my wedding dress on and I was not going to miss the opportunity to catch a couple photographs. What a beautiful little girl she is...Then Mommy tried the dress on but it didn't quite zip up in the back:/ Oh Well?

Let Down Your Hair!

My Lydia turned 6 years old! I can't believe it, time is slipping away so fast. She wanted a Rapunzel birthday this year. I think she has her birthday themes planned for the next 5 years, she is becoming a planner:) How she has grown up this year, we love everything about her. She is definitely a joy in our lives and we pray her faith in God would grow and grow in her this year.

Her Birth Mom came again this year to her party and it was again a super sweet time with her. It is a blessing to be able to share this special day with her.

Oh Lydi, I love being your Mom! I love your snuggles, I love how your hand goes in mine so quickly on walks. I love listening to your imagination and your songs you make up. I love making memories with you (even our spider car ride home memory) and am grateful each day I get to be your Mommy!

13 Years

We celebrated our 13th anniversary while we were at the beach and thanks to Grammy and Poppy we had a lovely date. It's hard to believe it's been 13 years... how God has blessed us these 13 years. I hope this is just the beginning, Lord willing, of our journey together here on this earth.

Last Pool Days

Field Trip

We took a field trip to our local museum with a friend and learned about dinosaurs and african american history...well they played anyway and had fun.

Stone Harbor 2015

Wow, what a fun family vacation we had and many many thanks goes out to Grammy and Poppy. It was a beautiful time in all respects and very relaxing to boot. Great weather, great water and waves and great company.
These two were stuck like glue.

And this one...we will just call him Sandy
