A couple weeks ago the kids finished up their Awana class. They both completed their books and received a certificate/ribbon. We are so proud of them for sticking with it and learning their verses every week. They had wonderful teachers that loved our kids and worked very hard all year, very grateful to them!
And we also finished up a whole year of school a week ago! Nathan completed the K4 curriculum for Abeka. He really worked hard and did a great job learning his numbers and phonics. He was able to read a couple books by the end of the year and write his alphabet. His fine motor skills have really improved this year..so proud of him:) And Lydia did a great job learning her sounds and numbers and she worked on her coloring and cutting. They both memorized about a dozen poems throughout the year too. To celebrate the end Daddy took us out to breakfast in our pj's:)
And now let the summer fun begin!!
