I can't believe it has been one year already! One year ago today we went to the court house to meet our little boy for the very first time. He had a court hearing and we were able to bring him to our home afterwards for a day visit~ What an exciting day this was for us! The scripture that keeps coming to mind is "This is the Lord's doing; it is marvelous in our eyes" Psalm 118:23. We then had him for a couple over night visits and on April 3rd we took him home for good. How fast this first year has gone, it makes me realize how fast they are all going to go. We thank the Lord for all He has done for us and in us this past year, how He has knitted us together as a family. We thank Him for each day we have with our Nathan. And we thank you for your prayers for us.

It has been such a joy watching what God has done in your family! Surely He has knit you all together and it is good! Marie, your words are a constant reminder to me as a mom to cherish these days that God has given me to be with my children. Thank you for your beautiful, joyful example of God's calling to motherhood!

Oh how we are so grateful for Nathan being apart of your family and God's kindness. What a great verse, Marie! You both are doing a wonderful job in delighting in what God has given you. We love seeing you as Mommy and Daddy!
Congratulations on a whole year with your little boy. It does go way too fast, I kind of hate that part. But what a joy to see them grow too. Can't wait to see what God has in store for the three of you.
