So I was going to write an Easter post and I had a lot of pictures to share but our camera is either in someone else's hands or some where along a highway shattered to pieces:( We started a couple new traditions this year (thanks to a friend)... The Easter tree with a devotional each night two weeks prior to Easter which got our focus on our Saviors great love and sacrifice. The visuals were very helpful for Nathan especially the homemade clay tomb and cross. Very grateful we stumbled upon this. We also had a cake in the shape of a lamb which was fun and yummy. We went to my parents for Easter and as always enjoyed our time with everyone. Nathan had such a blast with his cousins and Lydia was often found crawling up into Papa's lap.
But the pictures in this post are from this past weekend...we got to go to the tail end of the "Go Fly A Kite Day" at a local park and Nathan and Lydia were able to make a kite and then Nathan flew his. He was so proud and I think amazed that it actually worked:) It was a beautiful day for it and we had a great family time.

They are such happy and beautiful children. God's blessings at play - with kites or without. Love you all so much!
