Yesterday we celebrated our little gift from the Lord. I can't believe it's already been a year since we adopted Nathan and yet it seems like it's been much longer. We were able to take him out with just Mommy and Daddy thanks to Grammy for babysitting our little tulip. We went roller skating~Nathan did super! At first he thought falling was fun and was actually falling on purpose. Thankfully it was not a popular night for skating and for most of the time we were the only ones in the rink. A couple times he was just crawling on the floor chasing the lights, but he did make it around the rink a couple times.
We then took him out to eat and looked through his life book with him. This was the first time he really showed interest in the pictures and was studying them with us. We enjoyed our time together with our little boy who is growing up so fast. He is so full of life and energy, keeps Mommy and Daddy (and Heidi) on our toes:) How we love and enjoy our little boy, thank you Lord for giving us our Nathan.

Those pictures are precious kids - while Julie and Keith are smiling, there's a tear tugging on my eye! Mom and I are thanking our Lord for this bundle of life along with you! Love you all, so much! Papa.
